Hi Gandalf, all i know is the box is a comag sl55 and the dish is an old run of the mill sky dish. We had an analogue box until the italian channels went digital then we just changed the box and scanned hotbird for the channels. It came out of the packet and was plugged in. I don't live in a freeview area at the moment so the regular 5 bog-standard english channels come in on an ordinary tv ariel. I know basic or what! What happened When it's turned off to try and reboot it comes on at the channel it was last at and dies again.
