It was therefore decided that the handbook would be released containing only the authorized issues and the postal stationery. As it happened the handbook was still over pages and printed in two parts. Instead of a print version, which due to the number of full colour illustrations would rapidly drain the toner from the average printer, I decided to make the second part of the handbook available in pdf format. If someone wishes to print it out, that is up to them.

By using this format Parts 3 and 4 of the handbook can thereby be kept up to date and expanded on a regular basis. Handbook of Disney on Stamps - Part 3.
