The first EXE quits, thus the Kace box thinks the job's done. Run the first EXE and halt it at the first screen, normally a 'Welcome' dialog.
Task Manager will show you if a different EXE is running. Copy the contents of the containing folder somewhere safe, then explore!

Copy the entire contents of that folder somewhere before doing anything else, this will get the Firmware MSI along with autorun, Docs, and Drivers folder, as well as the wrapped VZAccess Manager.
You will now see a few more new folders with GUID names.. One of these will contain the VZAccess Manager. That's the one your after. Copy that one some where else and that should be all you need.
